WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES?Updated a year ago

If you have your order delivered to a country outside the European Union (UK not included), you may have to pay customs charges. 

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs charges may be applied to your order from around CHF 65. 

For shipments to the United States, customs charges may be applied to your order from approximately USD $800.

For shipments to the Canada, customs charges may be applied to your order from approximately CA $800 (USD $600).

Nénés Paris is not responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your order. 

With the exception of the United Kingdom, for which we cover customs costs.

Please note: for returns of orders, please declare the parcel as "returned goods" to avoid customs charges.
