WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN CONDITIONS ?Updated a month ago

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your package to return an item to us for a refund.

In order to make your refund request, please complete the return form by clicking here.

If you live in mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Spain or Portugal, we will send you a return label, the amount of which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. You can also choose to return the products to us by your own means, or to deliver them to us in person. Everything will be explained to you in the email you will receive.

If you live in another country, you will have to return the products to us by your own means: everything will also be explained to you in the e-mail you will receive.

Warning: be sure to wear a bottom underneath when you try on our panties or tanga. Please note that any underwear worn, washed or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds are accepted for products returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and properly folded. If, upon receipt, the item shows signs of deodorant, makeup, odor, or other signs indicating that it has been worn, the refund cannot be accepted and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
