WHAT ARE YOUR EXCHANGE CONDITIONS ?Updated a month ago

You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return an item for an exchange. You can request an exchange by clicking here! 

You will then receive an e-mail explaining how to return the products.

Exchanges are only accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, labelled and correctly folded. If, upon receipt, the item shows signs of deodorant, makeup, odor, or other signs indicating that it has been worn, the exchange cannot be accepted and the item will be returned at your expense.

Exchanges are free of charge in mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal. If you live in another country, you will have to pay the exchange costs.
