Yes, at Nénés we try to extend eco-responsibility to the packaging we use! 

Our shipping envelopes are made in the Netherlands from recycled agricultural waste! This material minimises the exploitation of forests and pays farmers for their waste. These envelopes are fully recyclable or compostable. What's more, envelopes made from bio-waste have 30% less environmental impact than envelopes made from recycled materials.

We also offer an alternative to non-reusable envelopes: Opopop returnable envelopes! These envelopes are made in France in a workshop with a social reintegration approach. They are made from upcycled, water-repellent fabric, and are designed to be easily repaired and washed so that they can be reused as many times as possible. Ideally, an Opopop envelope is reused up to 100 times! 

Our products are packaged in recyclable, FSC®-certified paper bags. These bags directly fund ocean research and conservation programmes through the "Sea the Difference" initiative.
