At Nénés, exchanges are free in mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal ! 

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you will be responsible for the return postage costs! 

If you use our pre-paid returns label, we will deduct the cost from your refund : 

• From France: €3.00 incl. VAT;
• From Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: €3.90 incl. VAT;
• From Germany and Poland: €4.90 incl. VAT;
• From Spain and Portugal: €4.00 incl. VAT;
