At Nénés, exchanges are free in mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal ! 

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you will be responsible for the return postage costs! 

If you use our pre-paid returns label, we will deduct the cost from your refund.
